  3. Ship Item: Pack your item securely and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

  4. New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.
